Marcus Hockey stands behind the quality of its products. This limited warranty covers verified manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship present under normal intended use.
What May Be Covered
- Material or construction defects determined to have resulted from manufacturing
- Issues affecting the product’s intended performance that were not caused by normal use, impact, alteration, or improper care
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, including chips, scratches, cosmetic damage, and blade wear
- Damage caused by slashes, impacts, blocked shots, faceoffs, boards, skates, or other gameplay incidents
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper storage, or use outside the product’s intended purpose
- Sticks that have been cut, altered, repaired, or modified
- Damage caused after the product has been resold or transferred from the original purchaser
How to Submit a Claim
Email info@marcushockey.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the full product and damaged area. Please retain the product while your claim is reviewed.
Claim Review
Each claim is reviewed individually. Marcus Hockey may request additional photos or information before making a decision. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the available resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on product availability and the circumstances of the claim.
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not replace any rights provided by applicable law.
