Marcus Hockey Limited Warranty
Effective Date: August 31, 2026
Marcus Hockey stands behind the quality of its hockey sticks. This limited warranty applies to eligible Gemini M1 and Gemini M2 sticks purchased directly from Marcus Hockey by the original purchaser.
Warranty Period
The limited warranty lasts for 31 days from the date of delivery.
What May Be Covered
- Verified manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal intended hockey use
- Construction or material issues that materially affect intended performance and were not caused by impact, normal wear, improper care, misuse, or alteration
Cutting a Stick to Playing Length
Properly cutting the shaft to normal playing length does not by itself void this manufacturing-defect warranty. Damage caused by improper cutting, drilling, sanding, repair, extension, modification, or other alteration is not covered.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, including chips, scratches, paint or graphic wear, cosmetic damage, and normal blade wear
- Breakage or damage caused by slashes, blocked shots, faceoffs, boards, skates, collisions, unusual impacts, or other gameplay incidents rather than a manufacturing defect
- Misuse, abuse, improper storage, improper care, or use outside the product's intended purpose
- Damage caused by cutting, altering, repairing, extending, drilling, sanding, or modifying the stick
- Products purchased used, resold, or transferred from the original purchaser
How to Submit a Claim
Email info@marcushockey.com within the 31-day warranty period with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the full stick and claimed defect. Keep the product while the claim is reviewed; Marcus Hockey may request additional photos, information, or return of the product.
Claim Review & Resolution
Each claim is reviewed individually to determine whether the issue is consistent with a manufacturing defect. If an eligible defect is confirmed, the resolution may include repair where appropriate, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser. It is separate from the return policy and does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
