Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives unused and in its original condition, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The stick must be unused, uncut, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Sticks that have been cut or modified.

• Used sticks showing signs of play.

• Clearance or final sale items.

• Gift cards.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process above.

Production & Pre-Orders
Products sold as pre-orders or made-to-order may not be canceled once production has begun. Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided for planning purposes and are subject to change.
