Returns, Refunds & Preorders

Effective Date: August 31, 2026

This policy applies to purchases made directly from Marcus Hockey. It is separate from our Limited Warranty for manufacturing defects.

Standard Returns

Eligible, non-final-sale products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, uncut, unmodified, undamaged and in original condition with original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email info@marcushockey.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by applicable law, used, cut, taped, altered, customized, damaged-after-delivery, final-sale, gift-card and personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind return. A stick that has been properly cut may still qualify for review under the separate Limited Warranty if the claimed defect was not caused by the cutting or modification.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless Marcus Hockey agrees otherwise. Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law or where the return results from our error. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly before returning it.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when reasonably available. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider or financial institution. We will communicate if a different lawful refund method is necessary.

Preorders

A preorder reserves a product that is not yet ready to ship. Any production, arrival or shipping date shown is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

You may request cancellation of a preorder before the applicable production allocation has been committed. Once the applicable production allocation has been committed to manufacturing or fulfillment, change-of-mind cancellation may be declined. Contact info@marcushockey.com as soon as possible if you need to request cancellation.

If Marcus Hockey cancels a preorder or determines that it cannot fulfill the ordered product, the amount paid for the canceled product will be refunded. If a preorder experiences a material delay beyond the estimate communicated at purchase, Marcus Hockey will provide an updated estimate when reasonably available and will address cancellation or refund requests consistent with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. The fastest resolution may be a return of an eligible item followed by a new order.

Manufacturing Defects

Returns are not the same as warranty claims. Eligible Marcus Hockey sticks have a 31-day Limited Warranty from delivery for verified manufacturing defects, subject to the full Limited Warranty.
