Marcus Hockey Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from and use of the Marcus Hockey online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with the policies linked on our website.

Products & Availability

We work to describe products, specifications, colors, weights, dimensions, availability and pricing accurately. Minor variations may occur, and product photography or screen settings may affect appearance. We may correct errors or update information when necessary.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, inventory problems, or inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item or order.

Preorders

Items identified as preorders are purchased before they are ready to ship. Production, arrival and shipping dates are estimates and can change because of manufacturing, freight, customs, carrier or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Preorder cancellation and refund terms are explained in our Returns, Refunds & Preorders page.

Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and discounts are calculated or displayed as part of the ordering process. Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or other payment providers.

Product Use

Hockey is a contact sport and equipment is subject to impact, wear and breakage. Products must be used for their intended purpose and with appropriate care. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a stick will not break during play.

Returns & Warranty

Change-of-mind returns and preorder cancellations are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Preorders terms. Manufacturing-defect claims are governed separately by the Marcus Hockey Limited Warranty.

Intellectual Property

Marcus Hockey names, logos, graphics, product designs, photographs, written content and other original site materials are owned by or licensed to Marcus Hockey and may not be reproduced or used without permission except as permitted by law.

Site Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it for unlawful activity, or submit false or fraudulent information.

Third-Party Services

The store may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, carriers and social platforms. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marcus Hockey will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal law, without limiting any mandatory rights a consumer may have under applicable law.
